I had a comfortable stay at Hilton Niseko Village, particularly enjoying the unbeatable ski-in/ski-out location right next to the gondola. However, I found the rooms a bit dated and basic, which was disappointing given the price. The service from the staff was warm and friendly, making my experience more enjoyable. 🌟🏔️

6.2/10

My stay at Hilton Niseko Village was a mixed bag. While the mountain view from my room was stunning and the service was friendly, I faced some issues with cleanliness, food variety, and the overall convenience of the location. It was a perfect setting for golfing, but the dining options got a little tiresome after a while.

Rooms
6.0
My room was a bit worn-out, and I noticed a strange layout with the wash basin located in the hall entrance instead of the bathroom.
Service
8.0
Most of the staff were extremely helpful and spoke English well, with Mayumi Kitaguchi from the Japanese restaurant standing out for her exceptional hospitality.
Location
5.0
The hotel is quite far from Hirafu village, making it inconvenient to explore outside the resort, especially since shuttle buses were limited and taxis were expensive.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast and dinner buffets had plenty of options, but the choices stayed pretty consistent and got a bit monotonous after a few days.
Facilities

The onsen needed better cleaning, as the bathing area and mats were not well-maintained, which was disappointing.

I had a fantastic time skiing at Hilton Niseko Village, thanks to its prime location right next to the slopes. However, the dining was quite pricey, and I found it inconvenient to rely on hotel meals. The onsen was a highlight, especially with outdoor soaking in the snow. Overall, a great ski resort but expect some limitations when it comes to dining options. 🎿❄️

The food on-site was quite expensive, and limited dining options in the area made it harder for me to explore different cuisines.

7.4/10

My stay at Hilton Niseko Village was enjoyable, with excellent access to skiing facilities and a great variety of dining options. However, the atmosphere felt overwhelmingly crowded at times, especially during lunch. While most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, my experience was marred by a few service hiccups, particularly at the Melt restaurant. Overall, I would definitely consider returning for the skiing and the stunning views, but some areas could certainly use improvement. 🌨️

Rooms

The overall experience at the hotel was quite enjoyable, thanks to its great location right at the bottom of the community-run chair lifts, making it perfect for ski enthusiasts. The rooms were fairly clean and comfortable, but they did have a slightly dated feel to them, along with some eerie-looking handprints on the wall. The staff were friendly and eager to help, though they struggled a bit with the refund process. As for dining, it wasn’t included in our booking and could have definitely been better. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location was fantastic, right by the slopes, the overall experience was a bit mixed. The rooms could really use an update, feeling old and tired, but the service provided by the staff was exceptional and super helpful. The dining options were decent but limited, especially for breakfast. Overall, it was a balance of great location and friendly service against some aging facilities.

The location is excellent since it's right by the slopes, though it wasn't very convenient for accessing other areas as it wasn't covered by the bus.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, thanks to the fantastic views of Mt. Yotei from my room and the friendly staff who were always there to help. The location is really convenient for skiing, being right next to the gondola. However, the dining experience could be improved, as I found the hot pot to be quite disappointing. Overall, it's a nice place to stay, especially for skiers, but there are some areas that could use a little enhancement.

5.2/10

The hotel has a good location for skiing, especially for families with kids, and is conveniently close to the slopes. However, the rooms are not really suitable for more than three people, and the onsen could use some better maintenance. The staff were helpful, but I found some of them to be quite rude, which felt out of place for Japan. Overall, it has its perks, but there are definitely some areas for improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms had four single beds crammed into a small space, making it quite uncomfortable for more than three people. They weren’t very easy to clean and had a plastic bathroom with an industrial toilet.
Service
5.0
The service staff were generally helpful with skiing activities, but I encountered some rudeness that was quite unexpected. They also seemed a bit uninformed about credit and debit card policies.
Location
7.0
The location is good for skiing—right by the slopes and close enough for families looking for winter sports activities. However, it's a bit far from Hirafu village.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were expansive with a good variety, although they did run out of some popular dishes during my stay. I recommend booking meals with the room rate upfront.
Facilities
5.0
The onsen was disappointing because it felt dirty and was overcrowded with guests bringing in their phones. No one was there to monitor the cleanliness or behavior within.

The hotel had a lovely clean atmosphere and comfortable beds, making for a restful stay. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, but there were some rushed moments during lunch service at the restaurant. The location was quite isolated, being a long way from Hirafu, though it was conveniently close to the cable car. Overall, it provides good value for money, especially with the breathtaking mountain views.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were a bit small but incredibly clean, and the beds were very comfortable.
Service
7.0
While most staff members were helpful and friendly, there were instances of them rushing during peak times, making the experience a little less enjoyable.
