Reviews and Ratings
I had a comfortable stay at Hilton Niseko Village, particularly enjoying the unbeatable ski-in/ski-out location right next to the gondola. However, I found the rooms a bit dated and basic, which was disappointing given the price. The service from the staff was warm and friendly, making my experience more enjoyable. 🌟🏔️
My stay at Hilton Niseko Village was a mixed bag. While the mountain view from my room was stunning and the service was friendly, I faced some issues with cleanliness, food variety, and the overall convenience of the location. It was a perfect setting for golfing, but the dining options got a little tiresome after a while.
I had a fantastic time skiing at Hilton Niseko Village, thanks to its prime location right next to the slopes. However, the dining was quite pricey, and I found it inconvenient to rely on hotel meals. The onsen was a highlight, especially with outdoor soaking in the snow. Overall, a great ski resort but expect some limitations when it comes to dining options. 🎿❄️
My stay at Hilton Niseko Village was enjoyable, with excellent access to skiing facilities and a great variety of dining options. However, the atmosphere felt overwhelmingly crowded at times, especially during lunch. While most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, my experience was marred by a few service hiccups, particularly at the Melt restaurant. Overall, I would definitely consider returning for the skiing and the stunning views, but some areas could certainly use improvement. 🌨️
The overall experience at the hotel was quite enjoyable, thanks to its great location right at the bottom of the community-run chair lifts, making it perfect for ski enthusiasts. The rooms were fairly clean and comfortable, but they did have a slightly dated feel to them, along with some eerie-looking handprints on the wall. The staff were friendly and eager to help, though they struggled a bit with the refund process. As for dining, it wasn’t included in our booking and could have definitely been better. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location was fantastic, right by the slopes, the overall experience was a bit mixed. The rooms could really use an update, feeling old and tired, but the service provided by the staff was exceptional and super helpful. The dining options were decent but limited, especially for breakfast. Overall, it was a balance of great location and friendly service against some aging facilities.
My stay at Hilton Niseko Village was quite enjoyable, offering comfortable rooms and great service. although I found the location a bit isolated. I loved the expansive breakfast options and the proximity to the slopes. Overall, it was a great choice for a skiing vacation.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, thanks to the fantastic views of Mt. Yotei from my room and the friendly staff who were always there to help. The location is really convenient for skiing, being right next to the gondola. However, the dining experience could be improved, as I found the hot pot to be quite disappointing. Overall, it's a nice place to stay, especially for skiers, but there are some areas that could use a little enhancement.
The hotel has a good location for skiing, especially for families with kids, and is conveniently close to the slopes. However, the rooms are not really suitable for more than three people, and the onsen could use some better maintenance. The staff were helpful, but I found some of them to be quite rude, which felt out of place for Japan. Overall, it has its perks, but there are definitely some areas for improvement.
The hotel had a lovely clean atmosphere and comfortable beds, making for a restful stay. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, but there were some rushed moments during lunch service at the restaurant. The location was quite isolated, being a long way from Hirafu, though it was conveniently close to the cable car. Overall, it provides good value for money, especially with the breathtaking mountain views.
